Claire is dedicated to ensuring every client feels informed, supported, and confident from their very first intake call to the final resolution of their case. As a legal assistant at Parkerson Law, she works closely with Mr. Parkerson to manage timelines, coordinate communication, and keep complex case documents meticulously organized. 

With over 25 years of customer service and administrative experience, Claire excels at turning overwhelming legal steps into a clear, comforting process for our clients. She believes that compassionate communication is just as important as structural organization when guiding people through difficult times. 

Outside of the office, Claire enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and attending sporting events and concerts.
